PATNA, BIHAR, India | APRIL 16, 2026 – Webrizen, a leading developer of high-performance digital experiences and management systems, today announced its formal incorporation as Webrizen AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. under the Companies Act, 2013. This transition marks the evolution of the brand from a specialized freelance collective into a structured corporate entity dedicated to the research, development, and deployment of Agentic AI and enterprise-level automation.

While the company will continue to operate its public-facing services and digital products under the established Webrizen brand, all legal contracts, intellectual property, and financial transactions will henceforth be managed by Webrizen AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Corporate Structure & Leadership

The company’s Board of Directors has been officially constituted, bringing together high-level technical expertise and strategic marketing:

• Arshahdul Ahmed: Appointed as Founding Director. Ahmed will lead the Technical Architecture and UI/UX Department, overseeing the development of the company’s proprietary 3D visualization engines and integrated management systems.
• Mritunjay Kumar: Appointed as Managing Director. An M.Tech scholar in AI/ML from IIT Patna, he will head the AI Research Division, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and predictive analytics.

A New Strategic Direction

The formation of Webrizen AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a calculated response to the rapid acceleration of AI and robotics. The lab is designed to move beyond traditional web development, focusing on:

The company is currently finalizing its Director Identification Numbers (DIN) and Certificate of Incorporation (CoI) filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. The company maintains a strict policy of Intellectual Property (IP) protection, ensuring that all codebases, AI models, and client data are secured within the corporate shell.
